I have over 10 years in training people and working with people of all different backgrounds, shapes and sizes from men to women. Within this 6 week period you will be supplied with a custom tailored nutrition approach to your specific bodyweight and once a week I will appear on livestream for any questions you have - we will do this together!

LIVE STREAM

Every Sunday at 8PM (UK TIME) I will appear on a live stream that everyone within the challenge will be invited to participate where you can ask me any questions for a duration of 45 minutes.

WORKBOOK

Once you join the challenge, you will receive a workbook that encompasses my knowledge over years in the training industry and will be your go to source for your training and nutrition overall guideline. These are methods you can carry on practising even after the initial 6 weeks!

So many online training plans say "custom" when it’s really not, is this plan really custom?

Your nutrition recommendations is built from scratch, using your detailed client questionnaire as a point of reference. Ultimately, the idea behind the coaching experience is to create a solution that will work with you & fit in with your circumstances, personal preference, time constraints, schedule  - so that you can make great progress with a minimum of fuss & focus on enjoying everything you love outside of fitness, in addition to becoming far more knowledgeable for the experience.

Do I have to follow a meal plan?

Absolutely not. I incorporate flexible dieting into all of my clients' nutrition recommendations, meaning they have the opportunity to be the master of their own diet, while I control things via macronutrient target & nutritional guidelines. If there are certain foods you particularly love or hate, we'll make sure to include/ exclude them accordingly!

Do I have to go to the gym everyday to have a good chance of a body change in this 6 week period?

No, unlike some people I don't want you wasting half your life for the next 6 weeks in a gym, it does not benefit you. Rest is as important to fuel your training as is nutrition. Expect to be hitting the weights 4x a week

Will this plan work for me?
